Nothing is sent by courier from this store: everything is digital or remote.

• Tax guides: once payment is confirmed, you receive by e-mail the download link for the PDF and the spreadsheet.
• Consultations: after payment we send you the questionnaire and the link to choose the day and time of the video call. The report arrives by e-mail within the timeline stated on the product page, counted from when we receive the questionnaire and documents.
