2. What data we process and why

The purchase details (name, e-mail, billing address, tax ID if you give it, what you buy and your answers on the product page), to manage the order, provide the service, deliver the guide and issue the invoice.
What you tell us in the questionnaire and the documents for a consultation, only to provide it.
Messages from the contact form, to reply to you.
If you give us permission with the corresponding box, your e-mail address to send you news from DPL Asesores; you can unsubscribe in each mailing.

3. Legal basis

Performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b of the GDPR) for the order and the service.
Legal obligations (art. 6.1.c), tax and commercial, for the invoice and its retention.
Your consent (art. 6.1.a) for the news, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who else sees the data

Shopify, which hosts the store and handles payment as data processor (Shopify International Limited, Ireland). Shopify may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in Canada, a country with an adequacy decision from the European Commission, or in the United States, with GDPR safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
Card details are processed only by the payment gateway; they never reach DPL Asesores.
The Spanish Tax Agency and the courts, when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep them

For as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legal periods: 4 years for tax obligations (art. 66 of the Spanish General Tax Act, Ley General Tributaria), 6 years for accounting and commercial documents (art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code, Código de Comercio) and 10 years for what the prevention of money laundering requires (the Spanish Anti-Money Laundering Act, Ley 10/2010). Data for news, until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to info@dplasesores.com. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

The store uses Shopify's own cookies needed for the cart and payment and, only with your permission, analytics or advertising cookies, which you can accept or reject in the cookie notice.
